Studevia helps students prepare documents, organize their process, practice interviews, and communicate with assistants.

Studevia does not guarantee school admission, visa approval, embassy appointments, government processing times, or travel authorization.

Embassies, schools, payment providers, and public authorities remain responsible for their own decisions.

Provide accurate information and update your profile if your situation changes.

Upload only documents that belong to you or that you are authorized to use.

Do not upload fake, altered, stolen, misleading, or fraudulent documents.

Do not ask assistants or AI tools to create false statements, fake explanations, or fraudulent visa material.

Students and assistants must communicate respectfully and professionally.

Harassment, threats, discrimination, abusive language, sexual content, spam, and pressure tactics are not allowed.

Studevia may restrict access, suspend accounts, or review activity when conduct or fraud concerns appear.

Paid packs unlock the services described in the selected offer for the active subscription period.

Some services depend on assistant assignment, document availability, student responsiveness, and third-party systems.

Payment confirmation depends on the checkout provider and webhook confirmation.

Preparation, document review, recommendations, and interview feedback improve readiness but cannot guarantee success.

Students remain responsible for final submissions, official forms, truthfulness, and compliance with embassy requirements.

AI interview questions, scores, and feedback are generated practice material and may contain errors. They do not measure the probability of approval and must not replace current official instructions.

Students must answer truthfully. Studevia must not be used to conceal facts, manufacture motivations, evade an authority review, or create a rehearsed false account.

Country-rule content may be limited to general preparation topics until the cited official source and wording have completed the applicable Studevia review level.

Users must keep credentials, MFA factors, recovery codes, and secure links private and must promptly report suspected compromise.

Accounts are personal. A user must not share an account, bypass access controls, test another user’s identifiers, scrape the service, introduce malware, or interfere with security monitoring.

Studevia may require identity or account verification before restoring access, changing a sensitive identifier, exporting data, or processing deletion and recovery requests.

Studevia may temporarily restrict or suspend access to protect users, investigate suspected fraud or unauthorized document access, respond to legal obligations, or address a material breach of these terms.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, Studevia will explain the restriction and provide a route to contact support. Ending an account does not remove records that must be retained for a limited legal, payment, security, or dispute purpose.

Users can request account deletion through the available privacy process, subject to the exceptions explained in the Privacy Policy.

Users retain rights in the information and documents they submit. They authorize Studevia to process that material only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the reliability of the requested service under the Privacy Policy.

Studevia may update features, limits, or these terms as the service develops. Material changes affecting existing users will be dated and communicated appropriately before they take effect where required.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer or data-protection law.
