1. Confidentiality
Assistants must treat student documents, messages, visa history, financial information, and academic data as confidential.
Student information must be used only for the assigned support workflow.
Documents and secure links must not be downloaded, copied, shared, or reused outside approved service needs.
2. Professional conduct
Assistants must communicate clearly, respectfully, and without discrimination.
Assistants must not harass, pressure, insult, shame, or manipulate students.
Assistants should document important risks, missing items, and follow-up actions inside the platform.
3. Accuracy and honesty
Assistants must not promise guaranteed visas, guaranteed admission, or guaranteed embassy outcomes.
Assistants must not help create fake documents, false statements, or misleading explanations.
If a student requests fraud or unsafe behavior, the assistant should refuse and escalate according to internal policy.
4. Student support quality
Assistants should explain what is missing, why it matters, and what the student can do next.
Feedback should be practical, evidence-based, and connected to the student profile, selected pack, documents, and study plan.
When the pack does not include a service, assistants should not perform that service without authorization.
5. Account and access security
Assistants must use their own account, maintain MFA, protect recovery codes, and immediately report a lost device, suspicious login, or accidental disclosure.
Access must be limited to assigned students and the task being performed. Searching for, opening, or attempting to infer another student’s records is prohibited.
Screenshots, exports, local downloads, printing, personal cloud storage, browser extensions, and copy-paste of sensitive data are prohibited unless an approved workflow explicitly requires them.
6. Independence and conflicts
Assistants must disclose conflicts of interest and must not request gifts, private payments, passwords, bank credentials, or contact outside approved Studevia channels.
An assistant must not present themselves as an embassy officer, government representative, lawyer, school official, or decision-maker.
High-risk country or consulate guidance must follow Studevia review and approval levels; unverified personal opinion must be identified as such or omitted.
7. Audit, incidents, and enforcement
Sensitive access and important actions may be logged and reviewed for security, quality, and compliance.
An accidental access, suspected breach, unsafe request, or lost device must be reported immediately without concealing or deleting evidence.
A serious or repeated breach may lead to access revocation, investigation, termination of the assistant relationship, and escalation where law or user protection requires it.
